Custom one-of-one silver pet statues

How many photographs do you need?

Four or five useful ones plus whichever you love. Head-on, both profiles, full body.

Will phone photos do?

Yes, if in focus and evenly lit. Send the largest files you have.

What if the photos are not good enough?

You will hear that before you pay.

Is each piece really unique?

Yes. The design is retired after casting.

Do we approve it first?

Yes, in writing. Nothing is cast without it.

Can you show color or markings?

Only suggested in finish. Silver is one color.

Can you use ashes or fur?

No. We are not a cremation keepsake business.

Why does size cost so much more?

Volume grows in three dimensions. Twice the height is far more than twice the metal.

Will you make it lighter to hit a price?

No. A hollow-feeling piece defeats the point of solid silver.

How long does it take?

Depends on the piece. Approval is the stage that varies most.

Can you hit a specific date?

Tell us at the first email and we will say honestly whether it is achievable.

Can we pause a memorial commission?

Yes, for as long as you want. Many of them do.

Can you engrave a name and dates?

Yes, optional.

Can we cancel?

Any time before casting begins.

Yes, insured, across the United States.
